      Inconvénients

      No clear, transparent communication from leadership and upper management. Nobody knows what they are doing. Everyone is just faking it. A lot of managers should not be managers at this company. 2024 : 1.5% performance bonus instead of 3% (based on 2023 financial results). 3 rounds of layoffs in 2024 RRSP match only to 2.5% They will push a full return to office in 2025.

      -Pour être Honnête, la charge de travail est médiocre pour le personnel du bureau , je pouvais travaillé 3h pendant toute la journée, il suffit de rester joignable sur Teams pour te contacter. -Fête de fin d'année - Journée personnelles

      Inconvénients

      J’ai travaillé dans cette entreprise pendant quelque temps et mon expérience a été très décevante. L’organisation interne manque de structure et la communication entre les équipes et la direction est souvent très optimiste alors qu'on voit clairement que nous n'avons plus de travail. Favoritisme et manque d’équité dans l’environnement de travail. Nombre de directeurs énorme. et Beaucoup de personnes compétentes sont licenciés.
