The longer you are there the more PTO you accrue so you can get AWAY! Benefits are AMAZING!... For as many years as I was employed I unfortunately cannot thing of anything else that was good...5
Inconvénients
It doesn't matter how hard you work if your department finds you a good fit well folks that is where you are stuck! Like it or not!...Now if your boss doesn't like you and wants to pawn you off on another department well they are all for that...good luck new department because you just received a new headache! Management will lie over and over how they want to see you succeed and be promoted but the ONLY ones I ever see promoted are management...what a joke! They don't have room in their budget to promote the little ones but they always have room to promote themselves of course they need that $$$ to survive but we don't.
