      Lots of opportunities to prove yourself No two days are the same, and there is always a lot to do Care about client relationships

      Lack of clear processes and guidelines for completing work Not much of a training program - sink or swim!

      I worked as .Net developer for more than 3 years. This place is full of teamwork, collaboration, and great opportunities. Good work and supportive mangers and team members. Enjoyed working @eSolutionsgroup.

      Inconvénients

      not much room for career growth laid off as soon as returned from maternity leave, who does that? doesn't have a good work/life balance lay people off all the time
