Avantages
--For a tech company, you couldn't find people who are more passionate about their jobs but also support the outcomes they are after for students and teachers. After spending years in non-profit work, I was skeptical this would be true when I started at eSpark but quickly learned that the team truly cares about how their incredible technology supports student learning. --eSpark is a nimble company that isn't fixated on looking back. My experience was always one where the Leadership Team was seeking out the perspectives of the staff to create strategy. --You get to work with some incredible district staff, principals, teachers, and students. Some of my favorite moments at eSpark include seeing how the software was loved by kids. --A growing company with opportunities for cool stretch projects that are impactful.
Inconvénients
I don't have a ton of productive constructive feedback to add. My team at eSpark was positive for me personally and I was supported by my teammates and manager. I left to pursue a career in a different field after spending close to a decade in education.
