Avantages
Nothing is good the company, the VPs, Directors and the policies.
Inconvénients
The policy is such that you will never receive your incentive and even if you receive by luck, they will try to take that as well. The VPs and the directors do not know what recruiters have to function they keep add new stuff which makes it very difficult to keep a hold with the applicants for long time.
