Better split than some, lower cap than some, good tech
Inconvénients
$17,020 cap per year with all fees... plus another $50 per transactions... But no office or direct support.
New agent onboarding is terrible.
"Training" that you pay $420 per year is incredibly repetitive.

Thank you for your feedback. As we continue to review and update our current commission plans and fees we will make sure to take this into account.
You HAVE to find the right team in your area, otherwise you will feel like you are swimming in an ocean on your own with lots of valuable resources but no idea which way to swim.
