What can I say??? What's not to like? There is no other brokerage that pays more money for doing the same thing we already do!!! Buy and Sell homes! This company has 3 streams of income, instead of 1, and not only gives agents ownership through equity awards, it provides us with a strategy to exit the business with dignity and respect!

I didn't join sooner. That's my only regret!

You HAVE to find the right team in your area, otherwise you will feel like you are swimming in an ocean on your own with lots of valuable resources but no idea which way to swim.
