      Avantages

      1. Managers are good. 2. The way things are planned and executed is very well defined. 3. Work culture is one of the best compared to previous companies I've worked with.

      Inconvénients

      1. Its a complete work from home job and sometimes it lead to feelings of isolation and disconnect. 2. I wish eXp can provided better quality headphones.

      You HAVE to find the right team in your area, otherwise you will feel like you are swimming in an ocean on your own with lots of valuable resources but no idea which way to swim.
