I've been with this company for a while now, and overall it's been a genuinely rewarding experience worth sharing. The new leadership team stands out in a real way they're transparent, approachable, and clearly invested in the direction of the company. Decisions are communicated well, and there's a sense that management actually listens and follows through. What keeps me engaged is the ability to grow here.
