      Sharp people working on an emerging market. Most likely to be gobbled up by one of the major tech companies. Good mix of hardware and software solutions.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of clear direction from upper management and a challenging revenue model are the key detractors.

      Avantages

      Crazy, exciting and interesting market (the connected home market and Internet of Things). The products and market are amazing. Incredible, experienced senior executive team -- it keeps things calm with this much growth. THE leader in an exciting space with a great team. Technology is cutting edge.

      Inconvénients

      High expectations on the engineering side . . . if you are good, this is a great place. If you aren't it can be tough. Big service provider customers can also be tough sometimes.
