Avantages
Great location and some good, honest and friendly people who worked hard to help each other get the job done.
Inconvénients
iGrad had serious management issues. Several employees there (including myself) reported unfair compensation issues regularly with delays to checks or non-payments on contractual agreements, and that was just to name a few of the unfair business practices that were brought to the leadership team's attention while I worked there (as a supervisor). There was also a really poor (annual?) evaluation structure, horrible internal communications, and often it was a high stress environment for the leadership team that centered around the decisions of their V.I.P.s. Politics, religion and sports were also topics that were discussed often, and conversations regularly centered around what was "right" about raising children. Overall, working at iGrad often seemed a bit more like working at the local bar rather than an educational or financial wellness institution.
