The owners, Asad and Aamir, consistently show a lack of care for their employees. They cut corners by hiring cheap contractors and neglect important maintenance and visual aspects of the store, which makes the environment look unprofessional and poorly kept. During my time there, our pay structure as baristas was changed multiple times without clear communication. We initially split tips with the kitchen, then suddenly didn’t, and later discovered that our tips were being taxed on top of being divided among everyone leaving us with noticeably less. Overall, the lack of transparency and disregard for staff made the experience very disappointing.
