I have been with smartData from 2 year.From the moment I joined as a trainee, my journey at smartData has been incredibly rewarding. The initial training program was a fantastic experience, led by a team of supportive and knowledgeable trainers who guided us through new and relevant tech stacks. The transition from training to real-world projects was seamless. I was assigned to live projects and worked closely with senior members, which provided a practical understanding of how applications are developed in a professional environment. Post-onboarding, I've had the opportunity to work on projects that match my skill set, and the experience of having direct calls with clients has been a huge confidence booster. 1) The training program is rigorous, which I believe is essential for building a strong foundational skill set. 2)As a fresher, the long project hours were challenging but necessary for rapid professional growth.
