Inconvénients
- Don't trust the good reviews on Glassdoor, we can get a bonus if we write these - You will work hard for no recognition - Micromanagement is intense, - If you mess up, you will for sure pay for it - Colleagues are awesome, but management makes the atmosphere toxic - The company doesn't function in teamwork but more as competition due to individual OKRs to achieve in order to get a higher salary - Management is mainly men, women are not really welcomed - You can get a message/email in the middle of the night & weekends, and you are expected to respond - Company values are "fake", don't get tricked, it is not a flexible company - Turnover is high, around 4 months - Hours are long from 9am to 6pm, and on Friday the whole company has a weekly update from 6pm to 7pm ( usually to can get off earlier at the end of the week) - WFH policy is a bit basic compared to other companies. They don't employees working well from their homes.
