Avantages
1- very good team. In the vast majority, we share a positive culture, we like to help each other, and enjoy to meet during regular events organized by the management team 2- in comparison to the industry sector, the salary is higher and we have more regular raises. 3- we have many different projects and, even it is often very challenging, it is really interesting and never boring. We have a great impact on our clients and it is a real satisfaction 4- the company evolves and we can take some responsabilities to improve the way we deliver projects
Inconvénients
1- work life balance is really hard to achieve. We have very high chargeability target that forces us to be in business trip all days. As we run many projects we have to work very late after our deliveries. It is something that is told during the recruitment process 2- our time is more and more tracked due to the requirements of our investors. It takes us a lot of time to anticipate how our time will be utilized to declare it into our software. Our objectives (chargeability- profitability - client satisfaction- impact- sales…) are sometimes in opposition and difficult to reach.
