      HR-Legal Mafia. Psychological fear. Incompetence.

      Avantages

      Strasbourg is a cute city, modern work with AI and new technologies.

      Inconvénients

      -A big Mafia run by HR, PM, Procurement and Legal Units. -We have seen how Heads, including HR, incite some employees to harass in group others upon the promise of promotion, jobs or because „they were instructed to do so". -Systemic moral violence from all Heads. Psychological fear. -Toxic culture based on friends nepotism, incompetence, lying and manipulation. -Incompetence. No morality.

      Avantages

      You are surrounded with intelligent, quirky colleagues. If you are willing to take up new tasks and responsibilities, there is always a lot to be done. People in operations are really committed. We can work from home when needed. In Strasbourg, there are multiple sites. The Agency people here are also avid cyclists. We regularly win the city of strasbourg cycling challenge. Colleagues often bake and share cakes and cookies.

      Inconvénients

      Grade imbalances. Those who started in 2011 have higher grades. Recent starters tend to get lower grades. When such disparity of grades exists amongst people doing the same tasks, this may lead to tensions.

      Inconvénients

      psychological violence against any expression of disagreement or disobedience. ideologically unfit for a democratic Europe. daily bullying and disdain from staff and consultants that began working at the time of establishing the agency in 2011 and created an arrogant and aggressive inner circle. multiple and repeated irregularities confirmed by European Court of Auditors due to lazy old staff members that outsourced their own job to external consulting and system implementing companies that get "awarded" consecutive public contracts = blatant conflicts of interests and under the table "deals" leading to documents falsification and hiding of deficiencies
