      Avantages

      Un environnement féministe, des horaires flexibles, une équipe avec une ambiance incroyable, une rémunération correcte, et on apprend énormément rapidement.

      Inconvénients

      Une charge de travail très élevée (c'est une start up!) donc beaucoup de pression en performance marketing, même en stage. Probablement différent dans les autres départements.

      Avantages

      *Working on the passionate topic of female empowerment with passionate individuals. I feel lucky to be able to combine my feminist values with my everyday work. *The most healthy working environment I've experienced so far (recharge days, empathy and kindness of the management and all the teams, good balance pro vs personal life) *Great management and strong feedback culture, I feel like I'm constantly learning both soft and hard skills. *Salaries relevant to the market and real opportunities for internal development. *Super strong company culture with a fun, open-minded, kinky vibe! Basically I have a lot of fun there.

      Inconvénients

      femtasy is still a small start-up that does not have the budget of a big brand for marketing and communication. So it necessitates to get creative!
