En raison de l’expansion rapide du succès de Mindray, nous avons une opportunité pour un(e) expert(e) expérimenté(e) et parfaitement à l’aise sur les solutions de monitoring et de perfusion, afin de démontrer créativité et innovation en tant qu’Ingénieur Service Terrain Alternant au sein de notre équipe ambitieuse.

Ce poste sera façonné par le/la bon(ne) candidat(e) : nous recherchons un(e) véritable profil service terrain en France. Vous êtes autonome, proactif(ve) et orienté(e) solutions, avec d’excellentes capacités d’influence et de négociation, et vous êtes motivé(e) par un rôle varié et dynamique. En retour, vous travaillerez avec une technologie de pointe, soutenue par une croissance stable à deux chiffres et un environnement de travail créatif et disruptif.

Vos responsabilités :

• Répondre aux appels clients pendant les heures de bureau, du lundi au vendredi, en veillant à ce que les clients soient contactés dans les 24 heures suivant leur appel initial.
• Faire preuve d’efficacité dans les installations sur votre territoire et coordonner l’installation de grandes commandes si nécessaire (accompagné d’un chef projet et Superviseur).
• Coordonner ou réaliser toutes les visites de maintenance préventive planifiée (PPM) dans les délais et selon les niveaux définis dans le manuel de service.
• Entretenir correctement les outils et équipements de test, et collaborer avec le/la Superviseur(e)/Manager Service afin de s’assurer qu’ils sont étalonnés.
• Assurer la gestion du stock de pièces détachées, du véhicule de société, ainsi que des autres équipements et fournitures de l’entreprise.
• Former occasionnellement le personnel clinique sur les équipements désignés.
• Assurer le suivi et la gestion des stocks de pièces et de matériels de prêt qui vous sont alloués, et mettre à jour le CRM en conséquence.
• Autres tâches ou responsabilités confiées par le/la Superviseur(e) Service Terrain, France.

• Il s’agit d’un poste de stage / alternance ; merci de ne postuler que si vous recherchez spécifiquement une opportunité d’internship.
• Vous devez être autorisé(e) à travailler en France sans nécessité de sponsoring de la part de l’entreprise.
• Être basé(e) « sur le secteur » dans la région Est.
• Français courant, avec l’anglais comme langue de travail.
• Fort sens du service client et envie de progresser : ce poste offre un potentiel de développement important.
• Appétence au diagnostic, de la réparation et de l’étalonnage de l’ensemble des produits médicaux, notamment les produits de monitoring et de perfusion.
• Des preuves d’intelligence émotionnelle sont essentielles.
• Expérience de travail en autonomie pour atteindre les KPI.
• Capacité à répondre aux demandes clients grâce à de solides compétences d’écoute.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et relationnel, avec une aptitude à créer des relations solides.
• Compétences avérées en négociation, avec une approche orientée résolution de problèmes.
• Flexibilité pour se déplacer selon les besoins.

Internship – Field Service Engineer – Paris Region

Due to Mindray’s rapid expansion and continued success, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated candidate with an interest in monitoring and infusion solutions to demonstrate creativity and innovation as a Field Service Engineer Intern within our ambitious team.

This internship position will suit someone who is eager to build hands-on field service experience in France. You are self-sufficient, proactive and solution-oriented, with strong influencing and negotiation skills, and you are motivated by a varied and dynamic role. In return, you will work with cutting-edge technology, supported by stable double-digit growth and a creative, disruptive working environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Respond to customer calls during business hours, Monday to Friday, ensuring customers are contacted within 24 hours of their initial call.
• Carry out installations efficiently across your territory and coordinate larger installations where required, supported by a Project Manager and Supervisor.
• Coordinate or perform all scheduled preventive maintenance visits on time and to the standards defined in the service manual.
• Maintain tools and test equipment appropriately and work with the Service Supervisor/Manager to ensure calibration is up to date.
• Manage spare parts stock, the company vehicle, and other company equipment and supplies.
• Occasionally train clinical staff on designated equipment.
• Track and manage assigned spare parts and loan equipment stock, updating the CRM accordingly.
• Undertake any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Field Service Supervisor, France.

What are we looking for in you?

• Be based within the territory in the Paris region.
• Fluent French, with English as a working language.
• Strong customer service mindset and a desire to grow; this role offers significant development potential.
• An interest in diagnosing, repairing and calibrating medical products, particularly monitoring and infusion products.
• Strong emotional intelligence is essential.
• Experience working independently to achieve KPIs.
• Ability to respond to customer needs through strong listening skills.

• Proven negotiation skills with a problem-solving approach.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
