The interview process consisted of 5 rounds, 1st by a Principal Analytics Consultant, 2nd by a Manager, 3rd by a Assistant Director, 4th by a Director and 5th by HR

I gave interview for this position in Bangalore Ofc. Not Great. My interview started from 12 p.m while it was supposed to start from 10 a.m. I answered all the questions which was asked in round 1 and round 2. Round 1 was Puzzle round in which interviewer asked me 3 puzzles and i answered all 3 of them. Round 2 was technical in which questions related to my workex. and techniques are asked, again answered all of them. Time interval between both interview round is 1 hour. Third round started around 4 p.m and supposed to be main round of interview but the interviewer was in a hurry to leave and finished interview in 10 minutes, which left me frustrated. Also I saw a lot of candidates know hiring manager personally. My suggestion to company is if you want to grow, higher the right talent and not known person. And Now I am asking HR for results/ feedback but no one is bothered to tell me.
