I got call from HR and scheduled on sat(12th Sep), i reached their office at 11:30 AM at outer ring road, and waited till 3:30 and then one interviewer came and asked me the 1st question say about your self without saying his name at least. i have observed he was not listening what ever am telling. he asked 2 question from logic side ,i answered but he was not satisfied ...finally he said am done my interview...i asked what kind of profiles your looking...he said who have good coding skills and logically thinkable person even i don't worry about process. ...i answered simply are you going to use this basic loagic during live project development.....he said no..i believe only logical thinking person not technical person. HR came asked..what happened..then i explained that person asked me 2 basic programmed and he wants only logical persons. the interview style is not at all good....if you answer for programmes and routine questions ..u will receive the offer even you are expert in technically in qtp,selenium.....
