Recruiter call based on introduction from another strategist. Basic phone screen, but extremely limited questions. Recruiter seemed dismissive from the start, saying 'uh huh, uh huh' before answers were completed. Too bad that's the HR culture, really liked the strategy team members I met before.
- pretty clear cut with a few rounds of interviews
- one case study in the end that was pretty cool for innovation consulting (was asked what sort of business idea i'd start)

Entretien
First step is get in the door preferably through referral instead of the HR. I personally met a director in their office where you'll go through your background and employment history before notified whether you passed to the case study stage.
The case study for me was done in person, took about 3-4 hours. I remember it being 3 steps. First one I was given a flipchart and illustrated a business that I'd build from scratch, and a viability business model around it.
Second one was about designing a service for a bank?
I think they care more knowing how you think and approach a problem more than anything else.
