1. Collect more data decreases sampling error and increases the power of a test. Increase the significance level

2. Left join then filter out the nulls 

3. Pseudo code: Sort ids. Create a lag, subtract the ids. Find ids with a difference is greater than 1. Fill in the gaps for these ids.
