The interview process was quite easy. She asked me a few questions like if i minded working roughly twenty hours a week. I told her i didnt mind at all. She also told me the only way i can make money is by coming in on my on-call days. Picking up hours and staying longer if needed.

Very easy. Was contacted for an interview one week after submitting application. Was asked basic questions about retail and experience. A lot of questions about loss prevention since it apparently was a really big issue at the store. Was offered the position two days later. Interviewer was really nice and straight to the point.
