Job interview with the Head of HR Vladimir Kaiser, after 30mins interview, very smooth, he told me that he would have contacted me back within 3 days for the following steps. After that, never got any update, even if I asked for follow up. Do you believe in a company where the HR manager, the first ambassador, acts like that? Thanks God I didn't get any feedback and I avoid a toxic company!

Normal questions about background, salary expectations etc
I applied online via linkedin and website careers page. After about a week, recruiter reached out to me to set up a time for introductions. I was told background was a solid fit and passed all initial recruiter screening. So the next step was to wait for further scheduling information with hiring managers. I was then waiting for about 3 weeks and was told to continue waiting as my app was still in review. Finally after being ghosted for just under 3 months I was told they were moving forward elsewhere after I asked one last time.
