The process started with a 30 minute phone screen about general information and history. The next step was an hour with the hiring manager. Some technical questions, mostly soft skill questions, mainly about how there is project management work required. The next step after that was an hour with 2 of the team members. Again, a little technical mostly soft skills. Then after that, another 30 mins with the hiring manager in which we discussed 3 scenarios that were given prior. The final 30 minute interview was with the VP. All questions were soft skill related. From start to finish the process took over a month. In the end I was told I don't have a basic skill that would have shook out during the phone screen.
