In person interview that consisted of talking to two managers and then having a fake phone call with a few minutes to prepare. Very open and friendly and was easy to discuss within the STAR framework for success

Entretien
Everything was on time and the receptionist was lovely and friendly which helped ease the nerves.
A woman took me upstairs and we sat in a room with one other person to help interview who was a team leader and learning
They were both incredibly kind and friendly and wanted to get to know about me on a personal level which helped me thrive when showing my strengths and being honest about weaknesses or areas of improvement.
The atmosphere was very relaxing because they didn’t make it intense but also didn’t try too hard to glamourise the job and company. I could tell it was all very real and honest.
The interview was fairly short but also involved a practical calling task which I struggled with but they reassured me that it’s not detrimental and can easily be learned (which it since has)
