The interview process was actually quite professional. First interview via Skype, second interview was in person. The first interview is basically just to weed out the people that they know will not be a good fit but the other interview goes much more in depth about the company.

Very quick and informative. I enjoyed how well they got to know me and explained the position and day to day. Everything in the pre lim was discussed just like they said it would be
