I haven’t received any updates regarding the status of my interview. I value follow-through, so when someone says they’ll get back to me and doesn’t, it leaves an impression. For instance, I was told I would receive an email about the work setup, but I haven’t heard back since

Question 1
They asked me to tell them about myself, what I do, and my familiarity with certain tools. They also asked if I was open to reporting onsite twice a week for a night shift schedule. I shared that I strongly prefer a 100% work-from-home setup. While they did offer that option, it came with no benefits such as HMO and others—which, for me, is a deal-breaker.
