Its an automated process, you apply then they have you make a call and respond to the automated questions. If they feel its a fit you'll get an email. Once you get the email they give you the contract to sign and also you start self automated training, which is one video and like 7 recorded calls lol.

Automated, easy interview process with about a dozen questions. The interview ranged from basic questions to a practice sales pitch. It was easy and straightforward. I would recommend the company to others simply based on the fact that the interview process is easy and it is relatively easy to get hired.

Recorded phone messages, It was a recording of someone asking questions, don't remember what the questions were. It was very easy though. Nothing important. They are just looking for anyone who can talk on the phone basically. This is why they hire independent contractors instead of employees they devote no money or time at all in building a company. Just looking for suckers.
