J'ai passé un entretien chez 4Wall Entertainment (Las Vegas, NV)
Entretien
The interview process involves initial screening, followed by multiple rounds of interviews, including technical assessments, behavioral evaluations, and final discussions with hiring managers, aiming to find the best fit for the role.
The interview process was very thorough. Met with many team members to get a sense of who they would be working with. All around great people and only turned the good offer down because my personal life circumstances changed.

The interview process was disorganized and unprofessional.
I received a call from the CEO and his questions were the standard inquiries you hear during an interview.
After the first interview, the CEO stated he would get back to me, by the end of the day or the following morning, regarding a follow up Zoom call. That didn't occur and I had to follow up. First red flag. He apologized and stated a pressing matter came up that needed his attention. Understandable, I've had days where it was nothing but putting out fires.
We emailed back and forth regarding availability and settled on 11am the following Wednesday. He stated that he would send a Zoom call request and like before I wait and didn't receive the email. This was the 2nd red flag. I emailed him to follow up again and didn't receive the link until a few minutes before the scheduled meeting.
What most small companies, like this, don't understand is during this processes there are two simultaneous interviews. One for the company to look at candidate and the second is the candidate to look at the company. Both are looking for red flags that this may not be a good fit.
The two red flags gave me pause to question if I would really want to work at a company if this is my first impression of them. In a tight labor market like this, you would think a company would put their best foot forward to attract employees. If this is their interview processes, imagine how it would be to have to work for them.
I decided to decline the second interview.
