When I went through the interview process your first of three interviews was meant to be an over the phone interview to which I misunderstood and decided to show up in person. The second was a group interview were I was interviewed by two people. And finally, I had a working interview where I went to the job site had a brief interview with the shift supervisor I would be working under. Then after the brief interview, I went down to the floor and worked with a trainer for about 40 minutes so they could see my ability to learn and follow procedures. After which, they called me back in a day or so to offer me the job.
