After putting in an application, there was a brief text conversation, and then it was moved on to a phone interview. We set the time for noon a few days later. When the time came, I did not get a phone call - instead, after half an hour, I got an email saying they decided not to move forward with me. If they didn't want to hire me, it would have at least been nice not to have them waste my time.
