There was no interview process. I have received an automatic email rejecting me and saying they haven't picked me this time . And just like that, without any specific explanation. The second thing they've said is that they're going to keep my CV and contact me if some relevant position appear soon. The problem is that I've already applied for 100% relevant position. After replying to their automatic email and asking to elaborate their reasons for rejecting me, they've called me (instead of writing an email) to tell me that due to my SENIORITY, and SET UP, they've concluded I will be bored long term on this position. This means that they've discriminated me based on age and my professional experience, then they've made conclusion instead of me that I'm not going to be motivated in the long run. It's real shame and unprofessional to discriminate someone just because some questionable algorithm "told you so". The great paradox is that they were looking for expert, and when expert with all relevant google partner and facebook certification applied they rejected me because of my seniority. Shame on you A1! You are talking about equal opportunity, diversity and inclusion, and you discriminate people. You have no idea about anything!
