Extremely unorganized. A recruiter messaged me, setup a call, then we had the call he had no idea who I was and who initiated the meeting. He passed me along to another recruiter, who basically just read the job description to me off of the website.
Finally I had a meeting with the hiring manager, a senior director. She was a lovely person but rambled for an hour (our call was supposed to be 30 minutes but I let it go long) and asked me a couple softball questions. She seemed slightly nervous by my experience on my resume, as if I would make her feel stupid.
A couple weeks later the recruiter messaged me asking about date availability for a panel interview, and when I responded I didn't hear back for 2 weeks. I messaged again and the recruiter apologized and said they would get back to me in a week, but that never happened.
I tried reaching out and they just totally ghosted me. A month later I discovered through LinkedIn that they ended up filling the position. Incredibly unprofessional and off-putting, their communication style.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 7 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez AAMC en nov. 2018
Entretien
A phone interview with HR and then hiring manager. Came in for in-person interview with 3 people. Good questions were asked. But definitely got the feeling that there is a lot of communication and collaboration issues across depts. Also the job description had changed or was being reworked by the time I came in for the in-person interview. The time between interviews was quite long and HR was slow in getting back.
