Came in, saw the shop. They asked me mechanical questions to see if i knew what i was talking about. Talked about the workflow and expectations. The interview was with a mechanic, not HR (The Floor Manager). Always better to talk to another blue-collar mechanic over HR anyday. Discussed our primary clients and what work we do. Simple and painless.
