There were two Teams interviews with the recruiter, one half an hour and second for n hour. After that there was a round with recruiter and regional manager, one hour long. Last stage was literally a panel. Until I entered the meeting I wasn't aware of all the participants. There were two more persons who were not in the invite. These people barely talked during the interview. Panel consisted of director, regional manager, local office manager and additional person who didn't really present themselves properly. Panel was one hour long. Meeting was scheduled for Monday and I received on Friday afternoon a request for business case needed for Monday panel. So I prepared it during weekend. At the end, they didn't ask for it during panel. After the meeting ended I got no feedback whatsoever. Not even after 3 weeks when I contacted the recruiter. They sent me automatic rejection email after two months, That was my experience with ABB process. Would not recommend them.
