I was referred by an employee at ABB and a former collegue at the university. The employee that refered me, connected me with the recruiting marketing manager that was responsible for filling the position in his division .

Contacted by the recruiter of the company first, then did an initial HR screening, and then a meeting with the team lead. Every thing was fair and straight forward, basic HR questions and then questions about the role responsibilities
