Several subsequent steps: two or three online and two in person.
At the end of all of these steps nobody had taken the time to explain in detail the job I was applying for (besides the 5 lines of description on the career section).
When I asked the question at the end of the final interview, the answer was something like "what do you think it is?" and, after my reply, "not exactly". End of the conversation.
Also, during the last interview nobody was able to answer to my question about the job location, meaning the city where I was supposed to start working.
I have never applied again to ABB.
Italian and English interview.
It took 2 weeks.
General and typical questions.
Interview focused on the main skills you can daily use in the job position they are looking for.
Length of the job interview approx 1 hour.
had an initial take up call. not much to say but didn't really progress beyond that. did not align with the description but the recruiter was very nice and polite on the call during the initial screening
