Entretien
First round of assessment includes a group discussion followed by a group presentation. Each group has around 6-7 people and the group discussion lasts 20 minutes while the presentation lasts 5 minute. Successful candidates proceed on to an individual presentation. You were given 15 minutes to prepare and have to present to a group of assessors, similar to a sales pitch.

went to 3 stages of interview only to be rejected at the last face-to-face interview for not "being myself". the interviewer talks in mandarin with each other and shows a very bad expressions during the interview as if they had enough already interviewing people.

3 stages of interview- 1. video recording of answering 8 questions. 2. video meet with the hiring manager. 3. face-to-face interview with HR & division manager.
1st part of interview was face to face interview with multiple managers/heads of different departments asking 3-4 questions. 2nd part of interview was a task to complete as a group infront of the interviewers.
