My resume was selected after an online application. A video call was scheduled for an interview with four power electronics scientists. They asked me about my previous experience. They also wanted to know the preferred research area to work for.

Great interview process. Asked a variety of questions about my past experience and situational type of questions to get to know more about me. They seemed genuinely interested in my answers and wanted to get to know me more. They were very kind which is a quality I always look for in recruiters.
