Pretty Straightforward process. Had an initial interview with the HR rep, who then set up a meeting with 2 managers of the department i was applying in. No technical questions testing my knowledge, mainly questions about my experience, fit and expectations about the role.

Questions related to the specific intern position, practical questions, some scenarios "what would you do", questions about approach to users/noticing user issues/previous experiences with helping users/explaning new things to users. No portfolio showing, but space to discuss projects (ux-related internship).

There were two rounds of interviews for the intership, one with Human Resources who did a pre screening about skills related to the position and the other with the Manager responsible for the internship position.
