Old fashioned aggressive and negative. Too much focus on old school questions trying to undermine a person instead of understanding what an individual can really contributed

This interview process consist in a wide range of face to face as well as test interviews. Teams, face to face and test. English test as well is required.

Started out with HR, asking general questions. Hiring manager was more straight forward and needed somebody with a good amount of experience especially in P&L. Granted P&L requires VP/GM level, it seems they were grooming a future leader
