Applied via Disney Careers site in late February. Contacted by a recruiter a few weeks later for a phone screen followed by a video conference interview with the hiring team a few weeks later (I was in NY and the position/ team was in LA). Offered the position two days after the second interview.

It was a straightforward interview focused on my contributions and experience. I was asked how I could add value to the team and to provide examples of work I have completed previously. They also required me to demonstrate some of my projects to showcase my skills in a practical way. Additionally, there were questions about my long-term commitment to the role and how dedicated I would be if selected. Finally, they asked about my expected remuneration, ensuring that my salary expectations aligned with their budget and the responsibilities of the position. The overall process felt clear, structured, and professionally conducted.
