Very casual interview - the individual I spoke with would ave also been my manager if I had been offered the job. Pretty straight forward typical questions, asked about my experience - she thought I was more than qualified to move forward but unfortunately didn't get past the first interview. I asked a lot of questions and was excited about the amount of inbound leads for this position. I was complimented multiple times over that if this is what a consult from me would feel like I would do well. Didn't get much feedback following the interview other than, "we decided to go a different direction".

Good process of selecting the right person in right manner. The interview was online and was in the right spirits. Both technical and competence level question asked in the interview
