Everything was online. Since I'm an independent contractor / sub contractor they sent me the proper forms to E-Sign to begin work and was working and receiving work within days.

Hiring process went well. Took a long time to get interviewed. Overall this a a great company but pays poorly for the risk. The interviewer was pleasant and very informative. So again great company just not for me.

they call and beg you to take the paper below your normal price. They call lots of people and take the lowest priced one. I quit taking their calls. It is best to have them send a check with the papper or not serve it until paid.

Three week proces, mostly online and through emails. The individual I eventually spoke with to discuss per order payments was either fired or quit and I had to RENEGOTIATE an already agreed upon pay. Only the beginning as I always felt I needed to fight for compensation and proper reimbursements after getting the contract.

Did I have experience or not. It didn't seem to matter though. I feel they would prefer you didn't so they could pay low or "process server mill" rates.
