Consisted of two phone interviews and a 2.5 hour panel interview. Most panelists were cordial, but some created a hostile environment in which they tried to be purposefully intimidating and interrogating, and portrayed ABL as an extreme hardcore environment that most would suffer under. Did not receive a response after the final panel interview and had to reach out to the recruiter only to be told of the rejection.

Initially was heavily recruited by the people team. During the first call with the recruiter it was 25 minutes of hearing about ABL and 5 minutes of questions for me. Then had a slightly technical interview with one member of engineering leadership and was rejected. Feels like a very poor screening process that doesn’t really evaluate the candidates capabilities.
