Lots of tests. Scheduling and coordination of tests and interviews are erratic. They screen you for how well you mesh with their internal "family" culture and how dedicated you will be to the job. You need to be good at reading their expectations and meeting them.

Applied online. Give or take a week, they'll text you the information you need. I took an IQ test and a personality test. They'll make you come back for more tests if you pass those first two. There are also tests on your writing capabilities. This is where I saw a lot of the applicants decrease.
