I applied for a job posting on the company website. I followed the job description closely in my cover letter and resume to ensure I would receive an interview. I was contacted for an interview and asked to prepare a five minute presentation as well. The interview panel consisted of three staff, as well as a member of the HR office. The presentation was done first, followed by approximetely 45 minutes of questions, and then a skills test.
