J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez ACOG (Washington, DC) en mars 2024
Entretien
First, I received an email from the recruiter to schedule a phone screen. After the phone screen, I was invited to an interview with the department manager via Teams. The interview wound up being a panel interview, which I was not told in advance about, but everyone was kind and it was not a difficult interview.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez ACOG (Washington, DC) en janv. 2020
Entretien
I applied online and was asked for a phone screen about 3 weeks later.
They quickly moved me on to an in person interview, where I met with two people who I would be working with. The interview I believed went well, as we went round table style as to allow everyone the ability to ask questions. At the end, however, I was given a written/editing exam. There was no warning, they gave me 10 minutes to edit a letter? email? it was unclear what the document was and the instructions were simply "edit accordingly". I was very caught off guard and it was slightly unprofessional the way they went about it. The most unprofessional, however, was I followed up about a week later and was completely ghosted after an in person interview.
