J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez ACR Homes (Saint Paul, MN) en oct. 2011

Start with a super long application that includes a paragraph essay on why you want you work there. When you get to the interview you get put on a computer to do a series of tests on situation analysis and attention to detail. Once you pass those you get to talk to the recruiter and that it a fairly short less stressful interview because you've already passed all the tests.

Filled out application online. Then did a tele-interview. The interviewer was communicative and kind. He asked a lot of questions about my work history and questions about goals for future.

Initial application required. You are then brought in to talk to an HR representative who discusses location openings and if one of them works for you, you are scheduled for a test which is on the computer. Lasts about an hour, give or take. After which, you will be contacted if you pass and you will be placed/choose which location works for you and you will meet with the house manager. It is a very thorough and intense process but it is important because you are working with needy patients.

It was long and terrible. The recruiter had led me to believe that the interview process simply consisted of personality questionnaires and an interview. However, the questionnaires lasted 2 and a half hours were dedicated to 6 different tests whereas the actual interview with a person only lasted about 10-15 minutes. These tests were not personality ones, but rather morality questions, math questions, etc. The interview process seemed very corporate, rather than a business that cares about their employees. Between the long testing and the interview, applicants were given a pager for when the interview would start. Overall, it is the worst interview I have had the opportunity to attend.
